Terraview Partners operates in a very unique fashion.  Rather than maintain a large staff of talented individuals and "divide" their time among multiple projects, Terraview chooses to build a dedicated team of independent contractors specifically selected for the unique needs of each individual project.

This business strategy has two advantages:  1) Terraview always has the "right" team with the right skills and/or knowledge for each project it undertakes, and 2) Terraview can manage the overhead costs it needs to assign each project very fairly.   Our "independent contractor" approach provides the personal flexibility required to attract some of the most experienced talent in the business.

Every strong business team needs a skilled project manager.  Terraview Partners has Dave Kowert filling that important roll.  With a graduate degree in Visual Arts from Northern Illinois University, Dave’s career started in the Film and Entertainment Industry.  He has directed numerous commercials for major agencies, worked on major motion pictures, created special effects and attractions for Disney, and numerous other entertainment ventures.  His career in real estate development started in Northern Indiana developing strip malls, medical office buildings, and restaurants.  After moving to South Carolina, Dave focused on designing and developing large scale family entertainment centers (FECs) around the country that included movie theaters, bowling centers, sophisticated arcades, laser tag, and both concession and full service restaurant /bar services all under the same roof.  He remains a nationally recognized expert in the FEC business model.  Dave’s experience managing large numbers of employees and subcontractors on complex and high tech projects makes him the ideal project leader for many of the Terraview projects.
