Rocklin, California
Completed 2022
Working together with William Jessup University, Terraview Partners developed a unique program allowing investors to choose development or conservation on a 26+ acre tract directly across the street from the University. This beautiful parcel of land included a rare bird sanctuary and wetlands within the Rocklin City limits.
Oglethorp County, GA
Our Featured Project for 2023 is Called Paradise Creek Partners, LLC. This project takes us temporarily away from our real estate development roots with a fantastic opportunity to develop a 52 acre aggregate mine.
