Highest and Best use of land and our natural resources can co-exist in a fashion that meets investment objectives and still creates projects that truly enhance the world we live in.
Our company name “Terraview” (or “world view”) is a nod to this commitment to work daily to maintain this important balance. Doing so, requires vision, strategy, leadership, and a passion for “design” that treats the environment as an important design element.
Our focus on protecting and preserving the natural beauty of our world differentiates our company, our team, and our development processes. We take great pride in making sure future generations have the ability to enjoy a healthy combination of smart development and natural surroundings in every project we undertake.
About Us
Terraview Partners, LLC is a boutique real estate development company based in Charleston, South Carolina. While our primary focus is the Southeast, our team has successfully completed projects throughout the continental United States.
We choose to remain a boutique firm with a limited full time staff and a group of amazing dedicated partners in order to avoid having to make decisions to support “overhead” that might go contrary to our mission.
Our internal team has over 100 years of combined real estate development experience. This very special group of partners supports Terraview projects with legal and accounting services, tax advice, general contracting services, site development and architecture expertise, and FINRA Broker Dealer services.
Terraview Partners undertakes between two and four projects per year, depending on size, in order to provide the oversight, vision and attention each project deserves. Equity for Terraview projects normally comes from a combination of internal capital and outside investors who share our development philosophy and our commitment to protecting our environment when and where possible.
